Yes you CAN DRINK on the Comal River (according to state law). And you CAN DRINK whatever you'd like - including, but not limited to, beer, wine, any other alcoholic beverage, juice, water, sports drinks, and even that stuff you found dripping from the ceiling above your kitchen if you want.

The "Can Ban" is back in affect. All items taken on the river must be in Non-disposable containers and coolers may not be over 16 qts in size. Click Here for examples.

For the enjoyment of all customers, drunken or rude behavior will not be tolerated.

All we require is, that you drink alcohol responsibly and that you please do not litter.

No Disposable Containers
No Littering
No Glass
No styrofoam
No plastic containers 5oz or less
No jumping from bridges, dams, trees, or cliffs
Locking mechanism required on coolers
Noise devices may not be audible beyond 50ft
No volume drinking devices (example: beer bongs)
